This notice describes the current SOLFLO private review website. It must be completed with company-approved responsible-party and contact details, processing arrangements and retention information before a public launch.
Information you enter
The current enquiry form prepares a brief in the page’s memory. It does not submit the brief, create an account or save it on this website. Leaving or reloading the page clears the draft.
Copying and downloading
If you choose Copy, the brief is written to your device clipboard where supported. Download creates a text file on your device. Those copies remain under your control and are not automatically removed when you leave the site. Avoid entering confidential or sensitive personal information.
Systems Studio
Capability selections remain in the current page’s memory. Downloading a systems map creates a local SVG file on your device; it does not send your selection to SOLFLO or save it on this website.
Optional analytics and preferences
Analytics is currently disabled. Privacy preferences are recorded in first-party local storage for up to six months. Hosting and security
Your hosting provider may process technical request and security logs. Private access is controlled separately by the site owner. Any future delivery service will need its recipients, security, retention and processing arrangements confirmed before it receives an enquiry.
Future enquiry delivery
Online sending is disabled. The prepared sending integration requires a verified recipient encryption key and receiving service before use. This notice does not claim that the current website or local draft is end-to-end encrypted.
Your choices and rights
You can leave fields empty, decline optional analytics, and decide whether to copy or download a draft. Applicable access, correction, objection and deletion requests must be routed to the company’s verified privacy contact once supplied. Do not use an unverified email address for sensitive enquiries.
Public launch requirements
A final company-approved privacy policy, verified responsible-party details and contact route, applicable rights procedure, retention schedule, service-provider arrangements and any cross-border processing disclosures remain required. This is a factual preview notice, not a completed legal compliance certification.
